About The Author

A fascinating adventure along an unknown road has been Carol Beecher’s life.

Her academic journey began in a one-room school in rural Pennsylvania and went on to obtain a BA from Penn State and an MS from Chapman University. Her experience vaccinating Afghan women and children against smallpox as a Peace Corps volunteer sparked a lifelong interest in learning about other cultures. Carol traveled the globe for adventure and worked overseas in South Korea in her job with the Federal Civil Service. Upon retirement, she began a second career as an author where her rich imagination and passion for writing came together to create captivating stories of fantasy.
